Due to the favor of consumer in an internet.  A services for live streaming media of televisions and radios had increased and easier to access that services by using their organization media network such as wireless LANs.
A situation like this always has more than one user in the same area , the server must send separate data streams to such receivers which unicast communication. If it has many users, the same stream from a single media server is transmitted to many receivers concurrently. This event lowers the efficiency of bandwidth utilization and the capacity of providing quality of service guarantee therefore the technique that can solved this problem is multicast communication which helped single servers can transmitted live stream to many receiver in one time
This project is development of an application which run on wireless LANs network of organization, this application will detected users who requested live stream from the same media server then grouping them by using IGMP protocol for help it work. And then establish a unicast communication with server and establish a multicast communication with receivers in network for the efficiency of bandwidth utilization and the capacity of providing quality of service guarantee. This application used the framework design concept of TMCP to implement.
